How do I setup an account?

Setting up and account is easy. Simply CLICK HERE and complete the credit application. Our friendly staff will reach out once you account is approved.

What time will you deliver?

Delivery times differ depending on you location. We typically complete our deliveries between 1am - 9am. We will need access to your shop if there is not safe place outside to leave the delivery.

How long from completing credit application till I can get my 1st delivery?

Not long at all! Once we receive your complete credit application*, we’ll have your account set up and ready for your first order on the next delivery day. (Completed applications must be received by 2 pm and order submitted by 4:00 pm) *completed application refers to all details completed, delivery instructions supplied, and access confirmed.

Can I order online?

100%. We have 90+% of our customers ordering online and they love the ease and transparency. We also offer great promotions to online customer only.

Is there a contract or minimum order?

No contracts we earn your business each order. We do have minimum orders based on your location however you will find these to be very reasonable.

Do you carry the specific products my business needs?

Likely yes! Food and Dairy Co is a one stop shop for Restaurant and cafe essentials. If we don't have it we will look into sourcing it for you from our many vendors.
